ABOUT THE EVERBELLE™ THERAPY

WHAT IS A HIGH FREQUENCY FACIAL?
The high frequency facial is a skin care treatment used by professionals to help treat and prevent stubborn acne, shrink enlarged pores, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, decongest puffy eyes, fade dark eye circles, rejuvenate the condition of the scalp and nourish hair follicles for healthier hair growth.
IS IT SAFE TO USE THE EVERBELLE DEVICE?
High frequency treatment is considered a safe, easy and gentle skin rejuvenation technology.
DOES HIGH FREQUENCY THERAPY HURT?
No. Unlike other invasive treatments such as cosmetic surgery, high frequency skin care treatment is very safe and does not cause any discomfort or pain. If you are new to the application of high frequency, it may take some time to get used to the gentle buzzing sensation experienced during treatment. Because high frequency can sometimes be drying to the skin (especially during the winter months) we suggest following up with our high quality serums following treatment to prevent against any discomfort due to redness. Clients with acne prone skin will want to use an oil-free moisturizer following treatment.
HOW TO USE THE  EVERBELLE DEVICE CORRECTLY?
1- Cleanse and dry your face and device before treatment.
2.-Insert the electrode into the device, then turn on.
3.-Place a finger onto the electrode to ground the current.
4.-Place the electrode in your face. Remove finger from the electrode to start treatment.
5.-Move the device in circular motion during the treatment area for 5-8 minutes.
6.-Apply our Hyaluronic Acid Serum or skin care to moisturize your skin.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE EVERBELLE ™?
We recommend treating with high frequency no more than once per day. Total treatment time should not exceed 5 minutes per day for the facial area. Treatment of general body area including scalp should not exceed 10 minutes per day. The recommended treatment time will vary depending on your skin type and individual concern(s). 
CAN I USE THIS DEVICE DURING PREGNANCY?
As a precaution, we recommend avoiding high frequency treatment during pregnancy. If in doubt, please consult your doctor or physician.
CAN I USE THE DEVICE IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION?
Do NOT use this system if you have a pacemaker or other electrical device. If you have any other medical conditions, please consult with your physician prior to using this system.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Some will notice a difference after one treatment (improved skin tone, tightening effect, improvement in the appearance of acne) while others will require more treatments to recognize the full benefits. As is true with any holistic, in-home skin rejuvenation system, results are cumulative and can vary by individual skin type and concern. Each treatment builds upon the last. High frequency can also greatly maximize the benefits of your current creams, lotions and serums by helping them to absorb much more deeply below the dermis than if you simply use them on a standalone basis.

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking information is available within 5-10 days. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. If at checkout you allow receiving Facebook Messenger messages from us, you will get a message with your tracking number. Otherwise, you will get an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us, please contact our support team at contact us page or leave a message on the online chat. 
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.   
DELAYS
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.  
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, EverBelle has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
